Carbs ရဲ့ စွမ်းအင် - carb ၁ ဂရမ်သည် ၄ calories ရှိတယ်။

Carbs ကိုစားသုံးရတွင် ပထမ ကျန်းမာရေးအထောက်အကူပြုသော ကောင်းသော ကဆီဓာတ်ရွေးစား ( ဆန်လုံးညှိ ၊ ကဇွန်းဥ ၊ oat …. ) ပေးပြီး အသားဓာတ် Protein မြင့်သော အစားအစာများနဲ့ တွဲစားသင့်တယ်။

နှင့် တွဲစားပါက စွမ်းအင်ပိုမိုမြင့်မားလာတယ် ၊ ကြွက်သားရဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်မြင့်အောင် တွန်းအားပေးတယ်။

Carbs ( ကဆီဓာတ် ) သည် မစားပဲ ရှောင်ရှားရန်မသင့်တော်ပါ။ ကျန်းမာရေ အကျိုးပြုသော good carbs များကို ရွေးစားရင် အကောင်းဆုံးပါ။

နောက်ဆုံးပုံသည် healthy carbs ( ကောင်းသော ကဆီဓာတ်) အမျိုးအမည်များ စုပေးထားပါတယ်။
