Job Vacancy: Junior Accountant (M/F 1 post)
ရွှေစားပွဲတွင် အတူတကွ လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်ရန် စိတ်အားထက်သန်ပြီး ကျွမ်းကျင်သော Junior Accountant ဝန်ထမ်းများ အလိုရှိပါသည်။
Job Description
• Record and maintain daily sales data from POS systems across all branches, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with bank deposits and physical cash
• Monitor daily cash flow, including cash on hand, credit card settlements, and mobile payments, and report discrepancies to the supervisor
• Process accounts payable by verifying supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities, and scheduling timely payments
• Assist in inventory reconciliation by collaborating with kitchen and service staff to verify stock levels and consumption trends
• Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports for management review
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are supported by accurate documentation
• Help prepare payroll data including staff attendance summaries, overtime, and service charges for submission to payroll processing
• Assist in managing petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and timely replenishment
• Track utility bills, rental expenses, and fixed overheads, ensuring timely processing and payment
• Assist with the monthly and year-end financial closing processes
• Provide support in preparing documentation for tax filings
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work under pressure.
Honesty, being detail-oriented, and being dependable.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
