1. Oversee daily operations of outlets to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain performance standards.
3. Monitor sales performance, control costs, and manage inventory effectively.
4. Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring service excellence.
6. Collaborate with management to plan marketing campaigns and business development strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in F&B.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
5. Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
6. Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : Negotiation
Off day : 4 days per month
Working Hours : 9:00am to 6:00pm (Flexible)
