For Triathlon Cafe service it was the first triathlon event, and was fantastic 👏👏
Bike service was located in the heart of Kotor Old Town.
For these days we met a lot of nice and friendly people!
And of course help athletes with their bikes 🚴
We see our pros and cons and know the directions of our development 😉
Thanks to all athletes, you are great! 🎉

Running off-road can hugely benefit ⬆️your tri performance, but to take the most out of every step you’ll need some trail shoes 🏃
Of course you can try and run in your road shoes🧐, but there are subtle feature differences:
- Grip
- Toe bumpers
- Support
In simple terms, off-road running shoes are designed to cope with every type of terrain thrown at them, whether it be
- Mud
- Hills
- Gravel
- Grass

On the 29th of April in Montenegro there will be supporter by
💚 Green course - 17km
💙 Blue course - 34km
❤️ Red course - 60km

Come and join us on 8th of April for running training in Kotor.
We will start our 🏃‍♂️ from the University of Montenegro (Pomorski Fakultet) and will run to the Church of St. Eustachius.

WHEN: 08.04 at 08:00
MEETING POINT: In front of the University of Montenegro
DISTANCE: approximately 9 km. flat
PACE: Social with chats. Run will take about one hour

The event is FREE. Coffee ☕️ and donuts after the run 😉

Why triathletes need yoga? 🧘🏻‍♀️
Key is injury prevention.
Spending long hours training, especially when it comes to sitting hunched over on your bike 🚴, can develop muscular imbalances that can result in injury🏥
Yoga can go some way to correcting these imbalances.
Moreover, while cycling and running 🏃‍♂️ can build powerful hamstring and quadricep muscles.
Yoga can help lengthen muscles that are squeezed from endurance training and a work life that’s often crouched in front of a computer 💻, while you shouldn’t neglect the mental benefits of yoga, too. It’s been shown to lower ⬇️ stress hormones while simultaneously increasing ⬆️ the levels of ‘happy hormones’ like endorphins.
