L’histoire de Dar Soukkar débute au XVIe siècle : c’est à l’époque un palais édifié sur les ruines d’une usine de sucre dont certains vestiges sont encore présents. Depuis 2004 exclusivement réservé à des événements pr

ivés ou professionnels, l’établissement s’est ouvert au public cette année. Dès l’entrée du domaine, une douce atmosphère se dégage : murs de bougies, végétation luxuriante et éclairage tamisé des bassins. L’été, vous profiterez de l’immense terrasse cosy habillée de banquettes rouges et de tables en bois sculpté. Côté restauration, la carte propose une cuisine marocaine et quelques recettes internationales, à déguster sur un fond musical lounge. A partir de minuit, l’espace se transforme, jusqu’au petit matin, en véritable club en plein air, avec DJ, showcases et animations.
