Nur Restaurant NUR is situated in the heart of the Medina of Fes. We strive to shine a light on Moroccan gastronomy

Named after Chef Najat Kaanache's 11-year old daughter, Nur (Arabic for "light"), our serene restaurant offers a contemporary and creative approach to Moroccan fine dining. Each morning the kitchen team sources fresh produce from within the Medina and builds the daily tasting menu around the seasonal offerings from our specialty seafood and protein purveyors.

We are excited to announce that Nur will soon be reopening!! We can't wait to welcome travelers back to Fez and are now offering online dinner bookings as well as virtual Culinary Master Classes with Chef Najat!

We have proudly served the luxury dining community for 4 years and consistently innovated our guest experience to meet the highest standards of hygiene.

In line with global guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19, we have adopted even more rigorous protocols to ensure the safety and health of our guests as well as our beloved staff.

Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had. Our meal was a total of 10 courses and every one was more amazing than the last. My FAVORITE was the fish soup in the conch shell. It was unbelievably good. Here are some highlights of the meal.... If you have a chance to eat dinner at Nur in Fez, it is well worth it. They will also bring you from your riad/hotel to the restaurant so that you don't get lost which is very handy. @ Nur Restaurant
