Thanks to the trust and support of the SHBM management, I had the honor of winning first place in the National Croissant-Making Competition at the CREMAI exhibition, earning a qualification for the Africa Bakery Cup

This achievement reflects the collective effort, talent, and perseverance of our young chefs, as well as SHBM’s continuous commitment to promoting Moroccan gastronomy on the international stage.

A heartfelt thank you to all the teams and students who inspire me every day.

Having been part of UM6P - School of Hospitality, Business & Management for two years, I remain fully dedicated to sharing knowledge and upholding the values of excellence that make our institution strong
