π Cajun Salmon & Shrimp Bowls with Roasted Broccoli π₯¦ππ¦

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets π
8-10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined π¦
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning πΆοΈ
2 tbsp butter π§
4 cloves garlic, minced π§
2 cups broccoli florets π₯¦
2 tbsp olive oil πΏ
Cooked rice or quinoa for serving π
Lemon wedges π
Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) πΏ
Salt & pepper to taste π§
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 15-20 minutes until golden. π₯¦
Season salmon with Cajun seasoning. π
In a skillet, melt butter and cook garlic. Add shrimp and cook until pink. π¦
Remove shrimp and cook salmon until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. π
