🔹 مهام النادل / النادلة:

استقبال الزبائن ومرافقتهم إلى الطاولة

تقديم قائمة الطعام وأخذ الطلبات

تقديم الأطباق والمشروبات باحتراف وأدب

ضمان سلاسة الخدمة وتلبية حاجيات الزبائن

تدبير الفواتير والتحصيل

الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم قاعة الطعام

التعاون مع فريق المطبخ لضمان تجربة مميزة للزبون

المساهمة في إغلاق المطعم بعد الخدمة

المواصفات المطلوبة:

تجربة سابقة في نفس المجال

دبلوم في الفندقة أو الطبخ يُعتبر ميزة

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وحسن التعامل مع الزبائن

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط مع الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة

مظهر جيد، أسلوب استقبال راقٍ، والمرونة في المواعيد (مساءً وعطل نهاية الأسبوع)

إتقان اللغة الفرنسية والإنجليزية ضروري

تحضير المكونات: تقشير، تقطيع، وزن، إلخ

المساعدة في إعداد السلطات، الأطباق البسيطة والحلويات

المساهمة في ترتيب وتحضير المطبخ قبل الخدمة

تنظيف مكان العمل والأدوات

احترام صارم لقواعد النظافة والسلامة الغذائية

مساندة الشيف أثناء الخدمة

المواصفات المطلوبة:

تجربة في المطبخ لا تقل عن ستة أشهر

الجدية، الكفاءة، وتحمل الضغط

الالتزام بالتعليمات، الاستقلالية، والعمل بروح الفريق
