We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Baltic Bees team!
📍 Location: Riga, Latvia

Responsibilities:
• Implement the company’s marketing and communication strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and coordinate content plans for social media, the company website, and other communication channels.
• Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and other promotional materials for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and media representatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new business development opportunities.
• Ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all channels.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Latvian.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
