Meet our Sous Chef, Vlad
Vlad got into cooking completely by chance, but that accident has now turned into a 16-year career. He has been part of our team since the very first day we opened, serving as our Sous Chef for all 9 years of the restaurant’s history.
He is especially drawn to Italian cuisine because of its unique philosophy. Vlad loves the challenge of taking simple, honest ingredients and transforming them into something truly incredible.
Every dish he prepares reflects those 16 years of experience and his deep respect for the craft. Come by and taste the passion he brings to our kitchen every day.
