Some places are more than a destination. They become part of the journey ✨️

In August 1939, a 22 year old Harvard student arrived in Riga by train from Warsaw. His name was John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

During his visit, he was received at the United States Embassy and stayed at Ausekļa iela 22, in a newly built three room mansard prepared especially for him. For five summer days, he explored Riga, met its people and experienced the city just before the world was about to change.

Years later, the same address became A22 Hotel 🌟

Today, travellers from around the world walk through the same doors, creating new memories in a place already shaped by history, people and time 🧭
