One of our clients in Italy wanted a Manhattan Bar but had no way to connect it to water or drainage. So we engineered a solution.

A built-in pump system that gives the station running water, functioning glass rinsers, and a single collection point for waste water.

All self-contained. This opens the door to fully mobile bar setups.

The Boulevardier Bar 🍸

Built for cocktail bars that make everything from scratch at volume. This station started as a custom solution for clients with high output and limited space. It quickly became one of our most requested modules.

Designed for two bartenders working side by side:
• Insulated ice well with removable dividers
• Dual sinks with integrated glass rinsers
• Two drip trays
• Built-in freezer with 4 drawers
• Speed rack for bottles
• Pre-mix storage compartments
• Dual organic waste compartments with front hatch
• Dishwashing basket storage

People don’t decide how they feel in a bar. The space decides for them. Layout, materials, lighting, proximity. All of it is working before anyone orders a drink.

When the sensory balance is right, people stay longer and spend more. When something is off, they leave early and don’t know why.

Bar design is not interior decoration. It’s behavioural design. And it’s one of the most overlooked investments in hospitality.

We design with that in mind.

Most people know Vitrum for professional bar stations. But the same approach to design, fabrication, and workflow applies to food service too.

This unit was built for a client running high-volume self-service. Soup, salads, hot food, cold display, checkout. One continuous run, custom layout, stainless steel body with laminate finish.

Designed and assembled in our factory in Riga. Shipped ready to install.
