Elegant, delicate, and unmistakably Ligurian.

This olive oil is a little gem, coming from the steep hills of the Ligurian coast. Produced by Sommariva, a historic family oil producer from Savona active since 1915, this oil is made with an expert blend of the best local olives: Taggiasca, Colombaia and Pignola, all grown in very short distance of the oil mill to ensure minimal time from harvest to bottle. The oil is extracted is of course only by cold pressing, to preserve all the flavour and nutrients of the fresh olives.
