Dear friends and honored guests,
From Fontaine de Jade in the 1980s all the way to today’s Js Mama’s Dumpling, over the past 40 years, the Lau family has consistently maintained a deep passion and commitment to the catering industry. We have always considered it a privilege to bring traditional Chinese cuisine to the Luxembourg community.
Today, with mixed feelings of parting, our 40-year journey is coming to an end. We are retiring!
May our dumplings and various dishes remain as cherished memories that we share. You will always hold a special place in our hearts as our respected and beloved friends and guests.
