A study in contrasts that have no business working this well. Silky chickpea puree, earthy and smooth, meets the crackle of crispy pork jowl. Then the nduja melts into everything, slow heat folding through the creaminess, while mozzarella holds it all together in one golden, pull-apart bite.
It shouldn’t make sense. It absolutely does. 🤌🍕
