For those who know OiO (and the Cheese Ferrari) since the beginning, you surely remember Tenaya Darlington , cheese educator and communicator from Philadelphia, USA, that helped us set up and define our cheese vision!
It is with great pleasure that we are hosting her in OiO for the weekend of July 3 and 4, finishing with an exclusive masterclass on Italian artisanal cheeses on Sunday, July 5, from 16h30 to 18h.
During this exclusive event, open to maximum 20 guests, we will discover together 8 artisans cheeses, paired with a selection of 5 prestigious italian wines, curated by our chef Leonardo De Paoli .

Chef ‘s childhood “day-after Christmas” breakfast gets the full OiO glow-up: panettone pain perdu that’s golden, custardy, and unapologetically nostalgic.

Then we double down with panettone ice cream, bright candied oranges, almond shards that snap just right, and an unsweetened orange reduction that keeps the whole thing from misbehaving too much.

A holiday classic—turned into a joyful little troublemaker.
