Intensely aromatic and extremely rare, these white truffles are flown in in strictly limited quantities. Starting this Wednesday, Chef Leonardo is presenting them in two ways: through a dedicated white truffle menu, and as fresh à la carte shavings over a few dishes.
It’s the ultimate seasonal luxury, available only while each fresh shipment lasts.

Some dishes are best introduced with a quiet reveal. 💨✨
The moment the glass is lifted, a subtle hint of smoke escapes—just enough to catch the air before settling into the dish. It’s a small, fleeting detail, but it changes everything.
This is our crispy suckling pig. The light smokiness is there to balance the natural richness of the meat, paired with the concentrated sweetness of San Marzano tomatoes and tender Perlina aubergine. It’s an homage to classic, comforting Italian flavors, layered with a bit of modern care.

If you enjoyed our signature Tagliolini last year, we wanted to bring it back this summer with a few new details.
It’s all about balance: a smooth, rich burrata sauce base, the natural sweetness of raw Gambero Rosso di Sicilia, and the clean, briny pop of Caviar Oscietra by Imperial Caviar Berlin . As always, a light drizzle of Olio Salvagno extra virgin olive oil ties the whole plate together. 🫒✨
