Charly first entered a professional kitchen in Paris in 2022. In a short time, the 30-year-old Luxembourger has built an intense and formative journey that continues to shape both his career and his approach to cooking. He developed his craft across several Parisian kitchens (Nhome, Vantre, Halo) as well as through catering with Nhomade—each experience adding a distinct layer to his perspective.

For the past year, Charly has been working independently, focusing on private dining experiences, brand collaborations, and pop-ups/residencies in Luxembourg and beyond.

His cooking reflects a natural creativity paired with a direct, uncompromising approach—resulting in deeply flavour-driven dishes.

While his style continues to evolve, it remains grounded in his personal story. Growing up surrounded by the aromas of home cooking, he draws from his Luxembourgish roots and the local produce that shaped his palate. His aim is to capture a sense of comfort while creating an experience that moves between tradition and creativity.
