SIGEP Rimini 2026 🇮🇹🍕
I’ve been at SIGEP in Rimini, one of the most important events in the world for food professionals, with a clear goal:
👉 to keep growing, learning, and pushing further the concept of contemporary and gourmet pizza in Lithuania.
During these days, I had the pleasure of attending several high-level masterclasses and meeting some true masters of the craft, real references for anyone who deeply respects this profession.
It was an honor to meet and exchange a few words with professionals such as Alessandro Scuderi, Sebastiano Caridi, Iginio Massari, Diego Vitagliano, and many others I will tag in this post.
Seeing these great professionals at work, listening to the way they explain techniques, philosophy, ethics, and the “unwritten rules” of the craft, and discovering new combinations and approaches, was truly inspiring.
It was also amazing to see how other top professionals appreciate quality ingredients, like the flours from Molino Naldoni. Watching Sebastiano Caridi, Luciano Sorbillo, and Raffaele Parisi proudly create their products with such care makes me feel even more part of this community of passionate makers.
As a Moretti Forni ambassador in Lithuania, it was great to see once again how Moretti played a central role at SIGEP, with one of the most relevant stands of the event.

I’m heading back home with new ideas, inspiration, and even more motivation to keep improving, growing, and cultivating this passion every single day — always aiming to offer a higher, more conscious, and modern pizza experience.
