Palė Alė We selected some of the forgotten traditions, refined some old recipes, added barrels of the best Lithuanian drinks and thus this place was born.

Atrinkome smagiausias iš pamirštų tradicijų, patobulinome keletą senų receptų, pajungėme statines geriausių lietuviškų gėrimų ir taip gimė ši vieta. Šiek tiek tarpukario Kauno optimizmo, truputis IPA kartumo, keletas neragautų lietuviškos virtuvės nuotykių – toks būtų mūsų gerai praleisto laiko receptas. A little bit of interwar Kaunas optimism, a little bit of IPA bitterness, a few adventures in Lithuanian cuisine - that's our recipe for a good time.
