👑 THE HIGHLAND CROWN PAGEANT 2026
BEAUTY BEYOND LOOKS
“We don’t only give young women a crown. We give their voices a platform.”
Guys, the idea is to host our first Highland Crown Pageant this December.
For the first year, we keep it simple and focus only on young women. If it grows successfully, we can consider introducing a male category in future.
THE IDEA
We don’t want this to be only about who is the most beautiful.
We want beauty with brains.
We are looking for a young woman who is confident, intelligent, driven, socially responsible and capable of becoming a role model.
Someone who can speak in public, participate in community projects and use her voice for something positive.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Girls/young women aged 16–25.
They should be unmarried and either in high school, college, university, vocational training or another recognised learning programme. We can also consider recent graduates.
Because some contestants may be under 18, we’ll require parental/guardian consent and make sure their activities are age appropriate.

We also want the girls to speak about issues affecting young people, especially child exploitation, child marriage and child abuse.
COMMUNITY WORK
We can give the finalists a small community challenge before the final.
Instead of just telling us what they would change, they should actually go out and do something positive and then tell us about their experience.
We also want to approach Social Development to help us identify a community where girls genuinely need assistance.
A portion of the money collected at the gate can then be used to buy sanitary supplies for girls in that community, so they can enjoy December with dignity like other girls.

AFTER THE PAGEANT
The Top 3 don’t just disappear after receiving their prizes.
For six months, they can work with FAM Pizza as promotional models/ambassadors.
They can model our meals, participate in food photoshoots, promote FAM Pizza online, share our specials, create content and help push appropriate events.
Those who are 18+ can also participate in suitable FAM Night Club promotions.
Anyone under 18 stays strictly with age-appropriate FAM Pizza, community and pageant activities — no alcohol or adult nightlife promotions.
THE WINNER 👑
The winner becomes our Highland Crown Ambassador.
During her reign, we want her involved in community activities, youth programmes, school/community visits, awareness campaigns and other positive projects.
The crown shouldn’t finish when she walks off the stage.
That’s actually when her work begins.
PAGEANT + AFTER PARTY
The pageant itself should be professional and family friendly.
After the crowning, we can have an Official Highland Crown After Party at FAM Night Club for adults.
The younger finalists can have a separate supervised space at the restaurant with food and soft drinks until they leave with their parents/guardians.
THE BIGGER IDEA
FAM Pizza/FAM Night Club will host and support the event, but FAM will not be part of the pageant’s name.
The pageant should have its own identity so that over time other businesses, government departments and organisations can comfortably become part of it.
For now, we start small.
We learn.
We build the name.
We make the first one successful.
Then every year we make The Highland Crown Pageant bigger.
