Our new cocktail range is here 🍸
And officially making its way to the feed — ජිනදාස Thalaguli.
Inspired by one of Sri Lanka’s most nostalgic sweet treats, this cocktail brings together arrack, thala guli, banana, coconut milk and warm local spices into something smooth, rich and familiar in the best way.
Finished with a light kiriya CO2 foam made from rice flour, jaggery, cardamom and coconut milk, adding a creamy layer inspired by the flavours of traditional Sri Lankan desserts and village sweets.
