Every day at Saraii we celebrate local food, local farming and local culture by serving organic meals inspired by these connections. Each meal is prepared by local artisans who enjoy making the food more interesting and the meals more memorable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be an abundant spread of local fruit, traditional Sri Lankan curries and salads, lots of bread and rice and even a Western spread for those who don't favour our spicy cuisine.
