The famous wild life sanctuary “UDAWALAWA” national park could be accessed within an hour’s drive from “Bamboo Restaurant”. The restaurant serves asian food catering to both local and foreign travellers. It is ideally situated in the middle of the RATNAPURA ~ BALANGODA highway providing a much needed break to the weary traveller. Our dishes are focused on asian food set within the confines of a wonderful outdoor garden. We plan our day with the customer in mind, to provide them with a unique experience. When we select the dishes to be cooked each day, we look at our produce through the eyes of our customers and literally map out the menus as they would experience them. Doing this helps remind us why we do this and constantly helps us to strive to add value to our customers’ experience. We are currently open for lunch and dinner only. The restaurant is open from 11:00 AM ~ 11:00 PM. The ample car park provides adequate space for tour buses, cars etc. while the small playground provides run around space for children.
