This one goes beyond the shop floor. It’s for someone who enjoys creating a great experience for every customer who walks in and who can keep our growing e-commerce and home delivery orders through Gusta.lk moving smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Excellent command of English
✔️ Strong customer service and relationship management skills
✔️ The ability to work independently and take initiative
✔️ Strong coordination and organisational skills
✔️ Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or e-commerce operations
