Now, Andaradeniya Estate (Pvt) Limited are group of company and total investment reached about 3500 mn consist three Limited Liability companies namely mother company is “Andaradeniya Estate (Pvt) Ltd” which owns four bought leaf factories and second is Andaradeniya Tea Factory owned by “Singheraja Hills Plantations Limited” and finally is “New Nivithigala Tea Factory (Pvt) Limited” its factories are nawa Nivithigala Tea Factory and New Singheraja Dulie Ella Tea Factory, situated at Neluwa. The most important facts is that the above said factories except Andaradeniya Tea Factory were abandon or null functioning, at the time of taking over by the company with greatest determination and devotion its directors the company made them into a viable venture within a very short period and resulted of which rescue the low country tea smallholders and its employees. The monthly turnover are exceed over Rs 84mn from above earning centers and able to produced and sold over 500,000 kilos of made tea at a average of Rs,196/= per kilo and we are the highest quantity of tea producer and seller of the Southern province and second in the Island too. The group has provided direct employment opportunities about over 900 employees consist 34 Nos Office staff, about 62 Nos of factory staff and 850 Nos of skilled and unskilled laborers and allied staff, and also provide indirect job opportunities about 10,000 families where the tea small holders, green leaf transporters, fire wood suppliers and other various contractors. The Organization structure of the company has five broad sections as Financial and Accounts, Manufacturing, Bought Leaf, Human Resources and Information Technology divisions.
