We are not surprised by Ruwan Senaratna’s post on his facebook profile. This individual was banned from entering the restaurant due to repeated incidents of inappropriate behavior. There have been several complaints from customers regarding his abusive language and conduct.

Every story has two sides. he has slapped the staff member in the middle of the road without any provocation, it’s understandable that the other person reacted. Most people would not simply tolerate being slapped without responding.
slapping someone without a reason crosses a line. Any person would react if that happened to them.
We have evidence and witness statements supporting our position.
Our priority remains providing a safe and respectful environment for all our guests.
