Rich Chocolate cake done to celebrate a special birthday!!!!
The cake layers are filled with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream. Covered in vanilla buttercream.

It is his birthday! He wanted chocolate & pineapple this year, so I surprised him with an ocean of deliciousness.
From the bottom the cake has dark chocolate cake, yummy chocolate ganache, silky pineapple crémeux, pineapple compote, walnut crunch and chocolate buttercream!
Topped with cool ocean waves and chocolate sea elements.
