From the vibrant streets of Saigon to the hidden corners of our Alley in Kandy, we’re turning the page on a new chapter. This month, we’re brewing alongside Everyhalf Coffee Roasters, Vietnam .coffeeroasters — roasters who share our love for bold flavors and serious craft.
On the menu this week:

And the Signature? Yes — you can enjoy an OG Vietnamese Cà Phê Sữa Đá made with Fine Robusta, for the first time in Sri Lanka! 😎

Today’s Cold Brew: wild, juicy, and deeply expressive.✨
We’re pouring a special lot from the Kamojang Mountains in *West Java, Indonesia* 🇮🇩 — an Extended Fermented Natural processed coffee from a women-led group of smallholder farmers.

This lot features a rare mix of varietals: Typica, Kartika, Lini S, and Sigararutang, grown at high altitude (1,500masl) and slow-fermented to intensify sweetness and complexity.

Brewed cold and slow, the result is a super clean and fruity cup with notes of ripe raspberry, fermented pineapple, grape skin, layered with gentle tropical sweetness and a soft spice finish with strong, winey, fermented floral aroma. 🍃🌸🍍

It’s vibrant, slightly funky, and incredibly refreshing — a real showcase of process, place, and varietal character.

Secret Alley x 🐅⚡️

We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off our new collab series than with our good friends at Karo Coffee Roasters – Pridi, Bangkok.

We brought back something truly special from their roastery:
Blend 52 — a beautiful medium roast crafted for milk. ✨

You’ll find it in all our milk-based coffees this month at Secret Alley.
Think: red fruit brightness, dark chocolate depth, and a soft caramel finish — smooth, balanced, and made to shine in every steamed or iced milk pour.

Working with the Karo team has always felt like a conversation between friends who love coffee just a little too much — and that’s exactly what this series is about.
