The Honorable Assistant High Commissioner of India Dr. Athira S and Second Secretary to the High Commissioner P. Somaraj, invited us to personally congratulate Balaji Dosai on being the chosen restaurant for the "Annapurna Certificate” awarded by the Indian government through the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR) in New Delhi, a part of the ministry of external affairs. Among the 115 nominations received from around the world by Indian Missions abroad, Balaji Dosai was chosen as one of the best in six restaurants across six nations and the only one in Sri Lanka to be awarded the prestigious Annapurna Certificate. The official award ceremony will be held in New Delhi in December.
