With a metal scraper, the cooled mix is chopped up until it becomes a soft, creamy ice cream and formed it into a shape. The process of using these scrapers resembles the preparation of Sri Lankan Kottu in which two metal blades are used to tear up the roti pieces but with minimum noise. But we love to call it “fried ice cream”. This whole process takes only 5-7 minutes and we always make sure to make your ice cream fresh and hygienic right in front of your presence.
