The café, as it always has, would have the usual selection of delectable pastries & scrumptious sandwiches and Coffee. It is a menu designed towards the requirement of Délifrance customers. Délifrance want to give the customers more reasons to come and dine at the outlet. From its early beginnings in 1985, the Parisian tables and rattan chairs have become the symbol of Délifrance in the hearts of many. The Délifrance brand is one of the world’s largest favourite sandwich franchises, but wherever a Délifrance outlet is located, be it Singapore or Australia, the core menu stays relatively the same. The dining outlet has the usual Délifrance menus coupled with delicious starters and scrumptious food available for lunch or dinner. As for the style they are adopting, it would be more a fusion of various styles of making in order to provide a unique gastronomic experience. The fusion would have a nose towards the French style, in order to “preserve the culinary know-how of our customers.”

There is one word: freshness. The key to Délifrance success is being fresh all the time. They make fresh products; deliver them to their customers as an when they are made. The key word is fresh. With that, it looks like Délifrance is an interesting place to dine out in Colombo, promising not only good food and a great atmosphere, but also an ambiance that would serve as a timely detox to a hard day’s work, or just an excuse to eat out without the hassle of dressing up.
