👨‍🍳 CHEFS

Experience:
• Minimum 4–3 years experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Knowledge of Chinese / Asian / Western cuisine is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present food with quality & consistency
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Control food waste and portion sizes
• Work efficiently during peak hours

👨‍🍳 COMMIS CHEF

Experience:
• 1–2 years kitchen experience OR freshers with training welcome

Responsibilities:
• Assist senior chefs in food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and kitchen discipline
• Follow recipes and kitchen SOPs
• Willingness to learn and grow

🍽️ WAITERS

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
• Good communication skills (English/Sinhala/Tamil – any)
