When started their business a year or two back I was not fortunate enough to get hold of these. My sister and sister in law purchased these lovely platters from them and I was in love with it. Unfortunately before I could get one of my own they stopped making their platters and closed their business temporarily.
Ever since then I have been bugging the owner asking her to get me one made.
Well lucky for me they launched their business again and I grabbed my chance to order.

The box was nicely presented. It was cute and looked like a perfect gift to send to someone dear.
The cake was vanilla and was soft and spongy. The icing was on point and not too sweet. The passion curd on top gave the cake a tangy flavor. It complimented nicely with the icing and the cake.
