First of all, we like to thank all of our amazing customers that enabled us to give the tastiest & best roast paans in town since Oct 2019 for 2 years now. We know we all had ups and downs, especially in these past 2 years but we have made it here after all that s**t storm and we stand here strong now more than ever all thanks to our amazing customers. so thank you again and we hope that you will continuously support small restaurants like ours in the future as well.
Secondly, we like to address an issue lots of customers face these days, which is delayed delivery. We want you to know that due to delayed delivery sometimes your roast paans will get cold and we can understand how you might feel about that. But we humbly ask you to understand that once we hand over food to a delivery partner (uber eats) it is entirely out of our control till it reaches you. Due to rainy weather and high traffic congestion, this could happen and once it reaches you it might not be as hot you expect. Even though this is a very rare thing, it still might happen and we want you to understand this situation fairly. The best thing to do in such a situation is instead of leaving a negative review for the restaurant, make a report to uber eats using the help section on uber eats app.
We want you to know that if you have any issue with your order caused by our end, then we 100% will take responsibility. Our roast paans are made to order and quality is of utmost importance to us. If you believe we haven't delivered what we promised then please talk to us and we will do everything that it takes to rectify the issue. But in a situation like late delivery, then it is entirely out of our control and again we humbly ask you to understand the situation before you leave a negative review.
We hope this message will clarify everything and hope to see your continuous support in the future. If you need to contact us then please see the Info section to get our contacts or DM us.
Stay safe and have a wonderful day.
Team Home Paan.
