Today is a relatively sad day because a chapter in our lives is coming to an end. Chiara and I after covid like so many others were bewildered and worried about the future and so we decided to open a place that could represent the two of us and our passions, in a place far from home in a cultural and social sphere diametrically opposed to the one in which we are the grew up.
From the very beginning it was a daily challenge that challenged the two of us. But with a lot of sacrifice and a stoic passion we faced and finished our first season. But as you know life is made of surprises,in the meantime already something unexpected came knocking on our door a once in a lifetime thing. Basically Clare’s work was getting more and more serious and bigger, however in spite of everything we decide to downsize our restaurant in order to be able to keep both our passions. So we sell the old place in Weligama and jump into another innovative project in Ahangama. As always Chiara and I put our best foot forward and the results begin to come immediately, but once again an even more unexpected event knocks on our door and once again we do not let the opportunity pass us by. Now, however, we have arrived at a crossroads in our working and especially human lives that is quite clear, which has unfortunately prompted us to leave Bravo, that he will no longer be managed by us and his future is still very uncertain.
Chiara and I are very sad about this news but we know that in life there are no end points but only starting ramps! We have decided to once again start a new experience of life and work far away from here but
always together. We wanted to thank all of you who have always supported and helped us in every way, we would never know how to thank you for making this possible. A thank you from me and Chiara to all of you !
You will always be in our memories and we will always carry Sri Lanka in a precious corner of our hearts.
🙏🏼❤️
