MASALA BAY

Recently opened Masala Bay where we serve the similar authentic Indian cuisine here like at our other numerous award winning restaurant, Spice of India in Rodney Bay. We are also adding Indianised Hakka cuisine at this restaurant to make it fun and exciting just like the design of this restaurant.The concept of this restaurant came together after the success of Spice of India which was open in December 2010 and has been Number one rated restaurant in the country for four years now (www.spiceofindiastlucia.com ). The design and cuisine of Masala Bay is inspired from the fun and beauty of gorgeous location, Marigot Bay Soon after its opening, Masala Bay is already Number one rated restaurant in Marigot Bay area within a month. In India and other regions with significant Indian populations, the locally known "Hakka Cuisine" is actually an Indian adaptation of original Hakka dishes from China.This variation of Hakka cuisine is in reality, mostly Indo Chinese cuisine, where elements of Chinese and Indian ingredients are married together to create some of the most amazing tasting and fresh cuisine. The chefs have been brought specially from India to deliver that authenticity of the cuisine one looks for and are visible in action at their art from the restaurant in our open kitchen. We are serving both Lunches and Dinners at Masala Bay and closed on Mondays.For lunches we design a Tasting Lunch menu which changes frequently and consists of various Indian and Hakka dishes for a set price of ECD 65.00 per lunch.It provides that complete experience of the two fun cuisines well balanced together. We also serve dishes which are suitable for any allergic limitations and healthy, tasty and exciting vegetarian cuisine. LUNCH : 12 TO 3.30 PM

MASALA BAY Recently opened Masala Bay where we serve the similar authentic Indian cuisine here like at our other numerous award winning restaurant, Spice of India in Rodney Bay. We are also adding Indian inspired Indo Chinese Hakka version cuisine at this restaurant to make it fun and exciting just like the design of this restaurant.The concept of this restaurant came together after the success of Spice of India which was open in December 2010 by Chef Adil Sherwani (An Executive Chef for many years) and his wife Nadege (A Management graduate with keen business mind of figures and numbers) ,and has been Number one rated restaurant in the country for six years since its opening in 2010 (www.spiceofindiastlucia.com ). The design and cuisine of Masala Bay is inspired from the fun and beauty of gorgeous location, Marigot Bay. Both restaurants have been designed and fitted by both husband and wife team with tastes in different fields. Soon after its opening, Masala Bay is already Number one rated restaurant in Marigot Bay area within a few months, taking away that position from its sister restaurant Spice of India. It has a lot to do with amazing team in both the kitchen and restaurant who understand hospitality extremely well. In India and other regions specially North Eastern states in India, the locally known "Hakka Cuisine" is actually an Indian adaptation of original Hakka dishes from China.This variation of Hakka cuisine is in reality, mostly Indo Chinese cuisine, where elements of Chinese and Indian ingredients are married together to create some of the most amazing tasting and fresh cuisine.
