When students’ ideas turn into real market opportunities.

At UNIPAK, we believe some of the most valuable learning happens through real experience. This summer, through INDEVCO Group’s Summer Training Program, university students had the opportunity to work alongside our teams on meaningful business projects and gain hands-on industry exposure.

As part of the program, Elie Hajj (NDU) and Tracy Sassine (USEK) developed and presented a new range of Sweet Boxes, bringing fresh thinking to a real product development challenge. Their concepts were approved to join UNIPAK’s product portfolio, turning a training experience into a tangible business outcome.

By giving young talent the opportunity to contribute to real projects, we help create learning experiences that build skills and encourage innovation beyond the classroom.
