Thai Pan Ice Cream , also known as stir-fried ice cream, was first popularized in Thailand. The Ice Cream Bar debuted the first Lebanese made Thai Ice Cream on March 11, 2016, and we are proud to be the first vendor to bring this unique treat to Lebanon! At The Ice Cream Bar, the experience starts when customers can enjoy and observe the Pan Ice Cream being created on our sub-zero anti-griddle as it takes shape right before your eyes. Guests can choose from our signature flavors, such as our cheese cake-blue berry, or Create-Your-Own to choose from a variety of bases, fruits, toppings, and drizzles to invent a brand new masterpiece.
