We thought we understood coffee. Then we sat down, tasted blind, compared notes, recalibrated and realized how much more there is to discover in a single cup.

This course didn’t give us a title. It gave us new eyes, discipline, and a higher standard for ourselves.

We came back not feeling finished, but more curious than ever. And that curiosity is something we’ll continue to bring into every cup we serve.
