L'elephant Vert serves Diana’s unique kind of "rawfully good" vegan food with purely Southeast Asian flavours, offering a very different dining experience. Her dishes are prepared so that important enzymes and nutrients are not destroyed by cooking. L'elephant Vert offers its sister establishment's menu in an air -conditioned setting.

Culinary Team: Our products are sourced as Nature intended, from fresh, seasonal, naturally wild or farm-crafted local produce. Our culinary Team is trained so that our Ethno Botanical dishes enzymes and nutrients are not destroyed by cooking, nothing will be heated above 115 Fahrenheit and will contain no carbohydrates. Some of our vegetarian options contain cheese imported from France, to maximize the quality.
