The Happy Cat Team wishes all our lovely customers a very Happy New Year!

We are cutting our hours a little bit short, on the 31st we close at 7PM (last order at 6:30pm) and on 1 January we will open at 11AM.

We would like to thank everyone who visited us this last year. We are looking forward to the new year with more delicious veggie and vegan food and hopefully more cats we can help.

Set menu
• amuse-bouche of shiitake mushroom paté with toasted walnut and cranberry
• first entrée of spiced pumpkin velouté served with garlic infused sourdough croutons
• second entrée, tartare of beetroot with a miso dressing
• main course, a slowly stewed Mushroom Bourguignon in a rich red wine sauce, served with creamy mashed potato
• dessert of coconut and mango chia pudding, with fresh mango and mango purée, or a chocolate and coconut chia pudding with goji berries.

Just want to enjoy our regular menu? No problem! We will serve our usual dishes until 6PM on the 25th, no reservation required.

• Amuse bouche:
Shiitake mushroom paté with cranberries and toasted walnuts
• Welcome drink:
Glass of Prosecco or glass of orange juice
• Appetisers:
-Spiced pumpkin soup served with garlic infused sourdough croutons
and
-Beetroot tartare with capers, pickles, and a savoury miso dressing

Pub quiz this Sunday 23rd from 7PM at The Happy Cat Restaurant Luangprabang! Book your team table (up to 6 people) or we will help make teams 😊
The night is hosted by Sean and Jake from Dibo Charity, who are walking from Hanoi to Chiang Mai to raise funds for the Vietnamese NGO Blue Dragon. The money goes towards their mission of ending human trafficking, and helps to rescue women and children from slavery.

The Happy Cat Luangprabang raises funds to support Rescue House Luang Prabang to help them rescue and look after stray dogs and cats, as well as spay, neuter and vaccination projects in Luangprabang's temples.

Join us for a night of fun music questions, cold beers and food, it's for a good cause!

Tofu sesame peanut panini – back by popular demand! Crispy grilled tofu with our house-made sesame peanut sauce, fresh tomato and sprouts, grilled inside a crispy baguette 😚

Golden rolls – light and crispy spring rolls filled with shiitake mushroom, edamame and a touch of ginger, served with our sesame soy dipping sauce. We know you're going to love them!

Tom yum – a creamy, plant-based twist on Thailand’s most famous soup, rich with lemongrass, galangal, mushrooms and coconut, and like most of our food, it's fully plant-based!
