Direction and cuisine specialization are carefully selected Latin American and American dishes. Ziyafet team has over 20 years experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, in the areas of food and beverage. The unique key ingredient is dry and wet aged meat, beef extracts. European chefs Cem Tunalı - Mustafa Yıldırımoğlu – Andrey Semianistiy can take pride of having different culinary awards, arrange a show for the guests in preparing their special dishes which do not have analogues in the world. "KADAYIF", "TANDIR”, “KUZU SIRTI" and skewers in cheese sauce are delicious meat dishes, preparing for stakes of the best meat. All products are made only from selected, past 28 – 35 day maturation in special coolers, bovine meat. As the world's gourmet experience, the bull meat is the tenderest and delicate, ideal for steaks, much higher quality than the cow beef. Giving seed and dairy products cows are constantly moving and not able to give juicy, melting on the language meat, the quality of which is so necessary for a high standard of Ziyafet dishes. For connoisseurs the menu also contains dishes of horse meat, including steaks. No chicken, but limited sorted fish is included and grand selection of meats. We can offer four halls, 250 people siting capacity in all, and outside summer garden. There are music hall (smoking area), grill hall (smoking area), arabesque hall with ho**ah (smoking area) and grand hall, single NON-smoking zone. We and our team are ready to support and assist you in all types of your banquets, birthday parties and organization meetings. For outdoors celebrations we offer our beautiful summer garden place.
