A culinary fixture in George Town for over 20 years, the Brasserie restaurant has been a pioneer in embracing the very best of Cayman's local and organic produce. Over the years, with the culinary marriage of Chef Dean Max and owners Clarence and Lisa Flowers, the Brasserie has continued from strength to strength, taking a modern and innovative approach to cuisine whilst maintaining an elegant, so

phisticated atmosphere and authentic British colonial style charm. We were also pleased to open our coffee shop and eatery the "Brasserie Market" in 2010, a more casual venue that shares the Brasserie's emphasis on superior quality and freshness. We pride ourselves on our:

The “Chef’s Jam” lineup has officially dropped! Chefs Dean and Arte will be joined by Davide Sannia of Agua, Ervin Horvath of Agave, Chef on Call Thomas Tennant, and restaurateur, television host, and writer Dylan Benoit.

Enjoy a five-course menu, with each course crafted by a different chef—bringing together artistry and indulgence, playful creativity and unexpected twists. Welcome drinks and canapés to start in the garden.
