Keep trying recipes and we liked both the thin, large style and the thick saucy one. Customers liked both too. After several hours of self debate we came up with the genious solution: we'll let you guys choose "thick" or "thin" when you order!! Just like what happens in ; alta o bassa?

First part of menu done! Everyone is 3kg fatter but so proud of the results. These are "Le Classiche" and from tomorrow we'll start fixing the "Le Speciali". Look forward to it!

Start again from basics: Cocco , tomato sauce made upon the order from , extravergine Gonnelli from , basil leaves...not even soft opened and we already matched with the highest standards.
