[4월 14일 휴업 안내]

지난주 금·토·일 동안 정말 많은 분들께서
찾아와 주신 덕분에
준비한 재료가 모두 소진되었습니다.

아이마미따의 음식은 모든 재료를 직접 수작업으로
준비하고 있습니다.
2가지 고기 양념를 만드는 데만 각각 약 7시간,
5가지 살사는 각각 2시간 이상 정성껏 조리되며,
양념에 재우는 시간만 해도 2시간 이상,숙성24시간이
소요됩니다.

신선한 재료를 다시 처음부터 준비해야 하는 관계로
4월 14일은 부득이하게 매장 운영이 어려울 것 같습니다.

더 좋은 음식으로 찾아뵐 수 있도록 정성껏 준비하겠습니다.
방문 예정이셨던 분들께 양해 부탁드립니다.

두 번째 피에스타를 엽니다. 🌮🎶

지난 12월 27일 첫 번째 피에스타 이후
생각보다 너무 좋은 반응을 받아
이제 매달 한 번씩
가볍게 즐길 수 있는 피에스타를 이어가려고 합니다.

이번 피에스타도
무거운 자리 아니에요.
예약도, 격식도 없이

집 앞에서 음악 듣듯
산책하다가 · 운동 끝나고 · 퇴근길에 들러
스탠딩 타코 한 입,
맥주 한 잔 · 데킬라 한 잔 🍺🌵

음악은 흐르고,
분위기는 편안하게,
그냥 바이브를 즐기는 밤입니다.

After the great response to our first Fiesta on December 27th,
we decided to make this a monthly event —
something easy, relaxed, and open to everyone.

This isn’t a formal party.
No pressure, no reservations.

Just drop by on your walk,
after the gym,
or on your way home from work.

Standing tacos,
a beer or a tequila in hand 🍺🌵
while vibey music flows through the space.

It’s all about the atmosphere —
easy, warm, and unpretentious.
A night to enjoy tacos, sound, and good energy.

This Fiesta features a DJ set by .

SGSY is a Korean musician rooted in reggae, ska, and dub music,
also known as Sugar Seokyul.
He composes, arranges, and performs his own music,
creating a laid-back, rhythmic sound that will set the tone for the night.

No expectations.
Just come as you are.
