-클로버는 우리가 해석한 현대적인 홉 중심의 팜하우스 페일 에일입니다. 세종과 페일 에일의 중간에 위치한 하이브리드 스타일이라고 봐주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
은은한 벨기에 효모 캐릭터와 아주 가벼운 산미가 어우러져, 5.5%의 도수 에서도 깔끔하고 상쾌하며 부담 없이 마시기 좋습니다. 전통적인 유럽 홉과 미국, 뉴질랜드의 현대적인 아로마 홉을 블렌딩하여, 시트러스, 신선한 허 브, 부드러운 과일 향이 층을 이루며 표현됩니다.

골든 에일 - 하이피크 브루코
-이카로스는 현대적인 홉의 향을 더한 가볍고 깔끔한 영국 스타일 골든 에일 입니다. 미국산 흡인 시트라와 탈루스로 드라이 홈핑하여, 밝은 시트러스 향 과 은은한 열대과일 느낌, 부드러운 플로럴 뉘앙스를 더했습니다. 이는 바삭 하고 균형 잡힌 몰트 베이스 위에 자연스럽게 어우러집니다.
한국의 쌀쌀한 날씨에 맞춰 도수를 5% 이상으로 조금 높였습니다. 여전히 편하게 마실 수 있지만, 약간의 따뜻함과 바디감을 더했습니다.

Hoppy Farmhouse Ale - High Peak Brew Co
-Clover is our interpretation of a modern, hop-forward farmhouse pale ale. It sits somewhere between a Saison and a pale ale - best thought of as a hybrid style.
A subtle Belgian yeast character and very light acidity come together to keep the beer clean, refreshing, and easy to drink, even at 5.5% ABV. A blend of traditional European and modern aroma hops from the US and New Zealand create layered notes of citrus, fresh herbs, and soft fruit.

Golden Ale - High Peak Brew Co
-Icarus is a light, clean British style Golden Ale with a modern hop lift. Dry-hopped with American hops, Citra and Talus to bring bright citrus, mild tropical notes, and a gentle floral edge, layered over a crisp balanced malt.
We nudged the strength above 5% to suit the current cooler Korean weather. It’s still easy-drinking, but with a little extra warmth and body.
