이전 준비 기간동안 홍대에 새로운 concept로 Goldfish Dimsum Express를 홍대입구 부근에 오픈하게 되었습니다

Goldfish는 홍콩식 Dimsum 전문 레스토랑이고
Steam뿐만 아닌 Fried, Griddled등 여러방식의 Dimsum을 선보이고 있어 다양하고 재미있는 Dimsum 문화를 체험하실 수 있습니다
대표 Dimsum으로는 새우딤섬, 구채교, 쇼마이, 춘권, 무떡 볶음등이 있습니다. 항상 맛있고 재밌는 딤섬들을 만들며 재밌는 중식 문화를 만들려고 노력하겠습니다.
