2026.05.30을 끝으로 소브스한남은 잠시 쉬어갑니다.
12년이 넘는 기간 동안 정말 과분한 사랑을 받았습니다.
이별은 언제나 어려운 것 같습니다.
하지만 동시에 이별은 새로운 시작을 알리는 가장 중요한 과정이기도 합니다.
저희가 세월을 쌓아가는 동안, 여러분의 세월을 함께 바라볼 수 있어 참 행복했습니다.
단순히 저희의 맛을 사랑해 주신 순간들을 넘어, 서로 몰랐던 사람들이 연인이 되고, 연인이 부부가 되고, 그 부부에게 아이가 생기는 모습까지 지켜본 기억은 오래도록 기억될 것 같습니다.
처음엔 혼자 오셨던 분이 다음엔 친구와, 그다음엔 가족의 손을 잡고 다시 찾아주셨던 순간들까지
여러분 각자의 세월 속 한 페이지가 저희로 채워질 수 있었다는 것, 그것이야말로 소브스한남에게 가장 찬란하고 소중한 기억입니다.
이제 저희는 또 다른 설렘으로 여러분의 세월에 스며들 준비를 하려고 합니다.
많은 분들이 아껴주셨던 소브스의 시그니처 테이스트를 재해석하여, 향긋한 빵 냄새와 어우러진 새로운 형태(Bakery & Cafe)로 선보일 예정입니다.
조만간 더 따뜻하고 깊어진 모습의 새로운 공간으로 다시 찾아뵙겠습니다.

As of May 30, 2026, SOVS Hannam will be taking a temporary pause.
For over 12 years, we have received an overwhelming amount of love, more than we could have ever asked for.
Goodbyes, it seems, are always difficult.
Yet, at the same time, a goodbye is the most essential step in signaling a beautiful new beginning.
As we built our own years here, we were profoundly happy to watch your years unfold alongside ours.
Beyond the moments you simply loved our food, what will stay with us forever is the memory of watching strangers become couples, couples become newlyweds, and those families welcome their first child.
From those who first visited alone, then returned with a friend, and eventually came back holding the hands of their family—
Knowing that a page in the story of your life was filled with memories of us is truly the most radiant and cherished gift SOVS Hannam could ever receive.
Now, with a new sense of excitement, we are preparing to gently weave ourselves back into your lives once again.
We plan to recreate the signature tastes that so many of you loved, reimagining them into a brand-new space—a Bakery & Cafe wrapped in the warm aroma of freshly baked bread.
We will see you again soon in a new, warmer, and more deeply comforting space.
