이번 팝업에 이탈리아 Puglia 출신의 젊은 셰프 가 이탈리안 (puglia) 지역 음식을 선보입니다.

음식은 단품으로 진행되며 Puglia 지역 와인을 준비 할 예정입니다.

이번 팝업은 예약으로 진행 할 예정입니다.

Ciao! We’re thrilled to announce that our upcoming pop up event at Tas will feature a great young talented chef from Puglia, Daniele Laddaga.

Our pop up will be running on Wednesday 22nd November, and reservations are open now!

Daniele discovered his passion for cooking at his family's restaurant. To refine his skills, he pursued culinary education at the prestigious International Cooking School of Alma. Currently, as a skilled Chef de Partie at Dimora Ulmo in Matera, Daniele's cooking style beautifully blends his Apulian heritage with innovative Asian flavors and influences.
